Coronavirus - Helpful information to answer questions from children and young people:

It’s understandable that many children, and adults, are anxious about the virus and how it could impact them.

How can you support your child, and yourself, with these concerns? Click here for tips, and some useful resources, to put this in context.

Medical advice

Whilst coronavirus is infectious to children it is rarely serious. If your child is unwell it is likely to be a non-coronavirus illness, rather than coronavirus itself.

Whilst it is extremely important to follow Government advice to stay at home during this period, it can be confusing to know what to do when your child is unwell or injured. Remember that NHS 111, GPs and hospitals are still providing the same safe care that they have always done. Click here for some advice to help when you are unsure.

Free School Meals Vouchers

All vouchers are up-to-date. A final voucher of £90 to cover the summer holidays will be received by 24/07/2020. There will be no further vouchers.
